Every year one of the largest STEM conferences is held, just for women. The Grace Hopper Celebration honors the Mother of Programming, Grace Hopper, and attracts the best talent from around the world, all eager to be recruited by the best tech companies, like Google, Instagram, IBM and Accenture. As a leading tech company, Accenture needed a way to connect with these talented ladies that felt authentic but also showed why Accenture is the place to be.
So we came up with enamel pins and stickers embedded with NFC chips, so that with just a tap of their smartphone, these ladies would get awesome quotes by Grace Hopper herself to inspire and motivate them wherever, whenever they need it.
THE RESULTS: 8.6 million impressions. 52% increase in online job applications. 314% increase in Accenture mentions at the conference.
