Hi there. I'm Nari (rhymes with "Mary"). Born and raised in Toronto and Texas. Then cut my teeth in advertising at some of the best agencies in New York City.For nearly 20 years, I’ve been crafting stories and building brands in a way that creates a real connection that goes beyond the first brief touchpoint. I love creating simple, beautiful and honest ideas, whether it's for global campaigns for brands like Adidas, McDonald’s and Canada Goose or more niche brands like Belvedere Vodka, RoC Skincare and Queen V. My work has been featured from digital billboard take-overs in Times Square to out-of-home placements all around the Olympic Games in Rio, and 3D holograms in the streets of Beijing.
I'm also passionate about lifting up BIPOC talent in the ad industry and have been a mentor for the past several years for programs like the 4A’s Multicultural Advertising Internship Program (MAIP), where I myself started off as a MAIP intern.Some of my other skills:
I can cleanly split a banana in half, unpeeled, with my bare hands. I've run +34 half marathons and 8 full marathons. I'm a wannabe chef. If you'd like, I can converse with you in French and Korean, maybe at the same time :)
